Event Explorer Improvements

  • Flexible Deliveries
    • Allow users to choose which date they wish to receive their product instead of one Bulk value. Either by using a calendar or list of available dates.
    • Deliveries can be set at the product or vendor level for the right level of customization to match show ship windows.
    • Users can place orders for single delivery or multi select based on their unique ordering needs.
    • Need different allowances per delivery? No problem. Users can easily see allowance variations based on their selected delivery date.
    • Attendees with multiple locations can easily swap between locations to ensure ordering for all necessary accounts.
  • Interactive Maps
    • Our new interactive mapping feature allows users to zoom around the show floor viewing where their key booths are located.
    • Selecting a Booth allows users a quick glance of details with options to navigate, favorite for later, or view additional details.
    • Allow users to quickly find the booth location on the map from booth details, search or favorites.
    • Our simple navigation allows users to choose their locations either from the map or from a list and then get guided instructions on next steps.
  • Colorize and Categorize Agenda and Seminar items for improved visual navigation.
  • Allow all users to favorite key data points within the app for customized filtering per user. Feature was previously only available for Customer Attendees and Reps.
  • Improvements to Password Management. Set the appropriate level of security for your event with options for Scan ID or User & Password combination. Password requirements can be customized to match your Companies specific needs.
  • Sell Sponsorship banners that can be directly linked to Sponsors website, while tracking how many clicks and users are interested in banner.

Free Stock Deal Improvements

  • We’ve made it easier for users to allocate their free stock within our booth app and online portals. With popup messages and easy navigation to allocate immediately after earning free stock, users can ensure they have all their products in their cart before moving on.

    • Visual improvements to registration statuses of attendees.
    • Visual improvements to pre0registration packages for linked accounts.
    • Collapse cancelled attendee records for easier navigation of active registrations.
    • Better callout and highlighting to specific attendee records when searching by ID specific fields (i.e. scan ID, user ID, email, etc.).
